Field construction is performed by our subcontractor partners, with Standard Development Company responsible for project management, coordination, scheduling, and quality oversight. Our field construction is performed by subcontractors. Standard Development Company manages their work, schedule, quality, and coordination so you have one accountable point of contact.
Can you get involved before the drawings are finished?
Yes. Early involvement is where we save owners the most money. Budgeting, constructability review, and schedule input during design cost far less than fixing the same issues in the field.
